1.1 By accessing ph336.vip, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered by ph336, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

1.2 These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on ph336.vip, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of ph336 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment service partners;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from ph336 or any affiliated platform.

2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph336. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.3 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address. ph336 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

2.4 ph336 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Accepted documents include UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS card, and TIN card. Accounts pending verification may have withdrawal functionality temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph336 account credentials, including your email address, username, and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on ph336 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ph336 does not apply currency conversion fees. Your balance is held, displayed, and paid out exclusively in PHP.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

4.7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML). ph336 is committed to full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. ph336 reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel withdrawals pending AML review without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph336.vip and its features solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph336 content.

8.3 Game content displayed on ph336 is provided under licence agreements with third-party game developers. All intellectual property rights in such games remain with the respective developers.

9.1 ph336 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11.2 You may close your ph336 account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of account closure will be disbursed to your registered payment method, subject to pending withdrawal processing requirements.

11.3 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph336 will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered email address before initiating dormancy procedures. 13.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the ph336 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 ph336 operates within a PAGCOR-compliant framework. The platform acknowledges and complies with the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation in so far as applicable to its operations.

13.3 Any dispute between you and ph336 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or ph336's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.4 ph336's internal dispute resolution process requires that you submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. ph336 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

14.1 ph336 may revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a ph336 player — ph336 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior written notice via email to your registered address and an in-platform notification.

14.2 Your continued use of the ph336 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the revisions take effect.

14.3 The version date displayed in the header of these Terms reflects the date on which the most recent revision became effective. Previous versions of these Terms are not publicly archived but may be requested from ph336 support for reference.
